Hydrus - Session Director — Spanish (Mexico)

About the Project 

We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Mexico). In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session 

• Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow 

• Support recording sessions independently following calibration 

• Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records 

What We're Looking For 

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico) 

• Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery 

• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions 

• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each 

Commitment & Compensation 

• Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant 

• Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour 

• Work Type - Freelance Remote
