Let’s dive in:Build strong and lasting relationships with distributors and installers across Slovenia and the BalkansSupport distribution partners during customer visits and sales opportunitiesExecute training programs for installers and distributors on Sungrow solutions and value propositionParticipate in creating and integrating sales and marketing plans for new business initiativesAct as the voice of the customer, ensuring challenges are resolved promptlyIdentify new sales prospects and follow up on leadsYour profileSounds good? To make sure you feel comfortable and successful in this role, it would be great if you bring:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable technical/business studiesAround 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industryStrong communication and commercial skills, with a proactive “Yes, we can” attitudeAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentLanguage skills: Slovenian and English C1; Serbian/Croatian is a strong plusProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plusWillingness to travel regularly; otherwise home-office basedWhy us?Join our Distribution Department, the backbone of Sungrow’s success in Europe!
