Your role and responsibilitiesAs an Application Architect specializing in Connected Solutions and IoT, you design and architect solutions to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for the Internet of Things (IoT). You work with consultants to develop a technical roadmap for IoT that is aligned with business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Technical Roadmap: Create a technical roadmap for IoT that aligns with business goals, collaborating with consultants to ensure effective solution delivery. • Design Solution Architecture: Design solution architecture and models for implementation by delivery and development teams, applying expertise in IoT protocols and Hyperscaler platforms. • Implement IoT Solutions: Implement solutions to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for IoT, utilizing knowledge of platforms like Azure IoT Hub. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure solution architecture meets business requirements and is effectively implemented. • Apply IoT Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in IoT protocols like MQTT and Hyperscaler platforms to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise• Exposure to IoT Protocols: Familiarity with IoT protocols like MQTT, with the ability to apply this knowledge in designing and implementing IoT solutions. • Hyperscaler Platform Experience: Experience working with Hyperscaler platforms, including Azure IoT Hub, to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for IoT. • Solution Architecture Design: Exposure to designing solution architecture and models for implementation by delivery and development teams, with a focus on aligning with business goals. • Technical Roadmap Development: Experience working with consultants to develop a technical roadmap for IoT, ensuring effective solution delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Data Management: Exposure to managing data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for IoT, with the ability to implement solutions utilizing knowledge of IoT protocols and Hyperscaler platforms.
Preferred technical and professional experience• Additional Hyperscaler Platform Knowledge: Experience with other Hyperscaler platforms beyond Azure IoT Hub is beneficial, allowing for more versatile solution architecture and implementation. • Advanced IoT Protocol Understanding: Exposure to additional IoT protocols beyond MQTT can enhance expertise in designing and implementing IoT solutions. • Broad Technical Roadmap Expertise: Experience developing technical roadmaps for various technologies can facilitate effective solution delivery and alignment with business objectives.
