Job Title: PeopleTools Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments.
- Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching.
- Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.
- Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
- Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.
- Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
- Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
- Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and PeopleSoft Selective Adoption.
