This Position reports to:
Junior HR Team LeadIn this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for supporting the Employee Lifecycle Management (ELC) team in administrative tasks, including :
- archiving documents,
- receiving and sorting mail,
- preparing outgoing shipments,
- updating tools used to track incoming documentation,
- coordinating the dispatch of documents to an external archive.
Qualifications for the role
- current Student Status
- knowledge of MS Office
- good written and spoken English & Polish
