As an Anaplan Manager, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness. You will assess financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Finance practice, where you will provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your work will involve analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and offering guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance. You will also provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. Responsibilities
- Leading financial consulting projects to enhance client financial performance and decision-making
- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Managing financial shared services to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Developing financial strategies to support client goals and objectives
- Overseeing financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Mentoring and coaching team members to develop their skills and performance
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with firm guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
