Job Description

The Asset Management Assistant is the steward of the company’s assets.
They manage the entire asset lifecycle—from acquisition to disposal—ensuring that every piece of equipment is properly tracked, recorded, and compliant with audit and corporate governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Control and Inventory

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventories to prevent asset loss and ensure data integrity.

Asset Logistics

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of assets between business units and sites.

Governance and Analysis

• Develop and maintain KPIs, support internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with IT, Facilities, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications and Competencies

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, asset control tools, and data analysis.

Experience

• Solid experience in asset management, fixed asset control, and internal logistics processes.

Profile

• Highly organized, analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
