Position Summary

CVD equipment technician will be responsible for performing activities involved with the recovery of CVD tools from PM including qualifications. Technicians will perform preventative maintenance on CVD equipment and recovery equipment faults. Daily equipment process and equipment trend monitoring will be required, as is responding to interlocks in a timely manner. Documenting / communicating material from tool interruptions to Process team to ensure the material is measured and dispositioned correctly. Technician will interact with Shift Supervisor in scheduling PMs, delivering ETAs for tool recovery, Documenting/following standard operating procedures during PM execution is required. High energy with a focus on Quality and detail is required. All technicians will participate in site compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP.

  • Troubleshooting equipment failures.

  • Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals. 

  • Work with senior personnel and engineers to perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

  • Correct and generate SOPs when required.

  • Work hours: C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.

  • 300mm AMAT Producer or Ultima maintenance experience.

  • Must have experience troubleshooting AMAT equipment.

  • Must have high volume fabrication experience.

  • Expertise on AMAT robots is highly preferred.

  • Experience with LFM set up on AMAT tools preferred.

  • Must be able to follow SOP.

The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50/hour - $55.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
