Executive Support & Prioritisation Manage the CVP's calendar, priorities, and time allocation to ensure focus is directed toward the highest-impact activities. Coordinate meeting schedules, customer engagements, leadership reviews, business rhythms, and external commitments while proactively identifying conflicts and opportunities for optimisation. Act as a trusted advisor regarding prioritisation and executive time management. Ensure all logistics, briefing materials, approvals, and stakeholder communications are coordinated seamlessly. Manage budgets, procurement processes, expense compliance, executive support systems, and administrative processes. Partner with the Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Communications Lead, and Leadership Team members to deliver a consistent operating rhythm. Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, employee engagement activities, and organisational events. Track follow-up actions and ensure commitments are executed on time. Communications & Stakeholder Management Serve as a key liaison between the CVP and internal and external stakeholders. Manage executive correspondence, support preparation of communications, facilitate information flow, and maintain strong working relationships across senior leaders, customers, partners, and support teams. Represent the office professionally while exercising sound judgement and maintaining confidentiality. 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management OR equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills. Significant experience supporting senior executives, preferably General Manager, Vice President, Corporate Vice President, or C-suite level leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex calendars, travel schedules, and stakeholder engagements. Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills. Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to influence without authority and build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong business judgement and executive presence. Experience operating in a global, highly matrixed organisation.
