A successful candidate will continuously work to solve important banking user problems and improve end user financial health. We are looking for someone we can trust, that will lead and execute based on facts and data. Job DutiesBe a true leader with responsibility for designing, developing, and launching software alongside a talented team. Your area of responsibility will lead and cover requirements gathering, strategy creation, documentation creation, timeline specification, user experience analysis, quality assurance, product performance, and product usageIdentify impactful opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data Work with a cross-functional team of designers, writers, software engineers, data scientists, quality assurance engineers, and product marketers to build and bring innovative products to market that align with the MX missionUse your experience in product management to work on new cutting-edge and innovative solutions Gain a strong understanding of the financial industry and work with a diverse size of companies in the spaceStrengthen a comprehensive understanding of finances, account and transaction types and methods of data enhancement used to provide the best end user experienceWork with valuable data that has significant impact on the end users life, by thinking through the pros and cons of a solution and using data to drive the right optionEmpathizing with users through research and usability testing sessionsCommunicate ideas and concepts effectively through mock-ups or detailed documentationAccept and give thoughtful critique in a collaborative environmentDevelop strategies to retain current clients and implement solutions and products that drive accelerated growthJob Requirements5+ year of experience with data and analytics required Proficiency in AI with real world experience training and evaluating models Bachelor's Degree preferredDemonstrated experience in creating products that have impact on business and product metrics12+ years experience in the full software and product development lifecycle, with an understanding of the fundamentals of building successful SaaS products preferredPrior experience working with APIs and/or cloud infrastructure is preferred but not required FDX/Open Banking experience is preferred but not required Excellent internal cross-team and external customer-facing communication skillsExpert-level knowledge of prioritizing complex problemsSelf-starter attitude and the ability to own projects from concept to finishA Growth-Mindset with a desire to always learn and improveWell-versed in user centric solutionsA background in Fintech or banking is a plusAt MX, we are a high-performance organization that thrives on...
