Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD, SPM, and custom scoped applications within FedRAMP and RMF‑aligned platforms preferred.Senior developers are expected to own solution architecture, enforce development standards, mentor junior developers, and work closely with Product Owners, ISSOs, and DevSecOps teams to deliver mission‑critical workflows at scale.Core Responsibilities Design & Development Build and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and scoped appsDevelop business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, Flow Designer automationsImplement REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub and MID Servers Platform Leadership Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and module deploymentsPerform code reviews and establish development and security standardsMentor junior and mid‑level developersFederal Compliance Support RMF, FedRAMP, NIST security controlsEnsure secure configurations (ACLs, RBAC, data segregation, auditability)Participate in ATO and Continuous ATO activitiesAgile / SAFe Delivery Execute user stories in Scrum or SAFe Agile Release TrainsCollaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and platform architectsSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (ATF)Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 5–7+ years of ServiceNow developmentExperience in federal environment strongly preferredTechnical Skills JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow StudioITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service CatalogFlow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATFREST/SOAP APIs, data imports, DiscoveryCertifications (Typically Required) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Additional module certifications (ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, PA) are a plus Clearance Active Secret   ActioNet is a dynamic, award-winning SEI CMMI Level 4 and ISO 20000/ISO 27000 I Certified IT Services Firm that specializes in Enterprise Software Development involving Full Lifecycle Methodology, Project Management, Information Systems Security, Systems Integration and Training.
