Field Application Engineer for Power Semiconductor 世界 No.1 シェアの製品群を持つグローバル Top10 の半導体メーカーのフィールドア プリケーションエンジニアのポジションです。 インフィニオンの主力製品であるパワー半導体を中心に顧客を技術的にサポートする FAE として、グローバルの開発チームと連携しながら活動していただけます。 担当領域はパワー半導体を使った電源システム（アナログ/デジタル回路）となります。  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role 本ポジションは、パワー半導体製品を活用したシステムに関する技術サポートを担い、 特に AI サーバー向け電源ソリューションにおいてお客様への提案、技術支援をご担当 いただきます。  製品単位でのサポートに留まらず、システム／アプリケーション視点での技術提案や課 題解決を行い、開発チームと連携しながら顧客の設計・開発を支援することが求めら れます。  現在急速に拡大する AI データセンターに関連するパワー半 導体の技術サポートがメ イン担当業務となりますので、インフィニオンの主力事業の拡大 に直接貢献いただける ポジションです。 Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Must to have... 電源回路に関するアプリケーションエンジニア経験（5 年以上） パワー半導体に関する技術サポート経験（5 年以上） B2B ビジネスにおける顧客対応・技術サポート経験 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC 700 点以上が望ましい） Nice to have... AI サーバー関連や電源アーキテクチャに関する知識
パワー半導体を用いた電源回路の設計 開発経験
• 半導体ビジネスの経験
コミュニケーションスキル（日・英、本社との会議がわかるレベル） AI 関連の知識、または AI ツール利用経験
