As an Acceleration Center - Full Stack Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, developing cutting-edge software solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
Responsibilities
- Leading software engineering teams in developing innovative applications to drive digital transformation
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Implementing software development methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Managing software project planning and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software integrity
- Utilizing enterprise application architecture and integration to enhance system functionality
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored software solutions
- Mentoring junior developers to foster professional growth and technical skills
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within the team
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript for software development
