You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. You can adapt to the individual needs of each patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, and truly want to make a difference.Requirements for the Role: Minimum of 3 years working as a veterinary technician, with specialty experience in surgery and internal medicine. LVMT, CVT, LVT, or RVT license required. Must obtain Tennessee Licensure within 90 days of start date.Have a broad understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge, including triage, disease processes, pharmacology, restraint, diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy, anesthesia, laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.Possesses a calm demeanor in stressful situations, with critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence Attention to detail, with strong communication skills with both clients and team membersFluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus At NVS, we're not just colleagues; we're a supportive community that celebrates victories together, both big and small.
