Business Partnering: Provides business partnering to India PAS General Manager & cross functional team to drive Growth and ensure to deliver on the financial commitments - Revenue, Operating Income, Working Capital, Cash Flow.

Provide financial guidance to PAS India team for all activities of the business including Strategic analysis, Specific Deal Analysis, Deal Modeling, Contract Reviews and Cost Control. Provides strong finance leadership in CPQs and all commercial and credit decisions during budgetary and firm proposals. 

Financial Planning & Analysis: Leads the AOP planning process for the LOB and support Monthly Business Review.  Analyze & interpret key financials including profitability, project backlog, backlog margin, deviations, utilization, billability and recovery. Be an active influencer and change agent for the sales, inventory operations planning (SIOP) process. 

Ensure Intense focus on cost productivity and financial discipline through the development of detailed and prudent business plans, the deployment of spend analysis tools, and influence / inspection/validation of these programs

Customer to Cash (C2C): Monitors & reviews Working Capital for the LOB and partners with the Working Capital team to improve turns, minimize bad debts & support Working Capital improvement initiatives as required to drive C2C efficiency.

Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensures strong internal controls are in place, project reviews are adhered, and any project cost overruns are identified early. Perform a formal (documented) quarterly analytic review of the P&L and balance sheet for the LOB , investigating and documenting all unusual trends and fluctuations.

Other: Work with other members of the Finance Team and maintain a productive, dynamic and rewarding team environment. Take some common activities at PA India level & work on few adhoc projects at PA India level. Leading process improvement initiatives.

Qualification and Technical Abilities: 

  • Professionally (CA ) qualified more than 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, project & Service Industry is desirable
  • Comfortable and experienced at dealing with various functions and global stakeholders.
  • Fluent in verbal English and in written communication.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Preferable SAP . Excellent in MS Office tools .
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP , Direct /Indirect Taxes - Well versed with Project Accounting
