Google Chrome Microsoft Edge Apple Safari Mozilla Firefox Product Regulatory Compliance AnalystFull-time Compensation: EUR 44800 - EUR 71680 - yearlyJob DescriptionAt Avery Dennison, we are looking for a Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our Product Compliance team based in Oegstgeest.In this role, you will look to remove all regulatory compliance related barriers throughout product development & distribution activities for all our products within the Label and Graphic Materials portfolio (for both existing and new applications).You will have a significant impact by protecting our brand and by supporting Avery Dennison’s mission to deliver innovative products and intelligent solutions to customers all over the world.The position will be located at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands, reporting in the Product Stewardship and Compliance team EMENA (also based in Oegstgeest).Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid position.Act as the primary point of contact and guide for regulatory compliance-related customer and market questions and requests.Contribute to the implementation of product compliance systems, policies, and programs.Support building the innovative Avery Dennison Product Stewardship database.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Operations, EHS, customers, end-users, health institutions, certified test institutes, legal firms, and government agencies.Conduct chemical risk assessment reports and confidently sign off on improved chemical raw material choices for adhesive formulations with the final application in mind.QualificationsAcademic degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science) or Regulatory Education in the field of the chemical or packaging industry.1–2+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles is a plus.Proven hands-on experience with AI to manage data and compliance is a plus.Engineering or regulatory knowledge with an ability to understand technical specifications and regulations, and communicate the implications to non-technical audiences.Strong analytical skills and a consistent eye for detail.Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.Structured and detail-oriented approach.Additional InformationWhat we offerHere's a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect:Health & Financial Benefits:We offer a gross benefit for the supplemental package of mandatory health insurance.Access to Lyra, our confidential Employee Assistance Program, for personal and professional support.We provide a free health check every 4 years, and free fruit on-site.Mandatory participation to the Avery Dennison Pension Fund, employer pays ⅔ of the premium. Holiday allowance and a year-end allowance.Time Off & Flexibility:Annual Leave: Starting at 24 days, increasing to 26 days after 4 years (pro-rated).Extra Days: 13 additional days per year (+4% ATV allowance, pro-rated) and a bridge day off.
