We are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Growth Associate to unlock this opportunity by increasing merchant activity, retention, product adoption and revenue through scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled growth initiatives. You will  Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Data teams to drive merchant growth initiatives. Take ownership of the SME and long-tail merchant segment performance. Influence stakeholders using data-driven insights to prioritise growth opportunities. Merchant Lifecycle Growth  Design and implement lifecycle programmes to improve merchant activation, engagement and retention. Identify growth opportunities across the merchant journey and deploy targeted interventions. Optimise onboarding-to-activation funnels to increase active merchant rates. Merchant Revenue Growth  Drive Gross Payment Value (GPV) growth across the SME merchant base. Increase revenue per merchant through targeted commercial initiatives. Improve transaction frequency and overall merchant performance. Merchant Health & Segmentation Develop and manage merchant segmentation strategies based on behaviour and value. Build and maintain merchant health scoring frameworks. Identify at-risk merchants and implement proactive retention strategies. Product Adoption & Expansion  Increase adoption of Ozow products across the merchant base. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive feature awareness and usage. Automation & AI-Enabled  Design and implement scalable, automated growth programmes. Leverage AI tools to enhance merchant engagement and internal efficiency. Build automated lifecycle journeys that drive measurable outcomes. Growth Experimentation  Run structured experiments to test and optimise growth strategies. Use data insights to refine initiatives and improve performance. Measure and report on impact of growth initiatives. Tool Utilization & Change Management  Ensure effective use of CRM, data tools and systems to support growth initiatives. Build and maintain processes and documentation for scalability. Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance merchant growth.
