Senior Marketing Executive
This position is responsible for supporting the Manager – Marketing and Loyalty in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and initiatives that drive Card usage, Cardmember engagement, spend growth, and brand advocacy for American Express. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and Cardmember communications, ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with American Express policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Business Units and Enterprise functions to deliver integrated marketing programs that support business priorities and enhance the overall Cardmember experience.
- Drive broad-based engagement marketing activities, including Cardmember offer campaigns, outbound marketing initiatives, and local and GBA spend campaigns
- Create and manage marketing assets across various touchpoints, including eDMs, social media content, website updates, landing pages, in-app communications, and marketing collateral, while maintaining brand consistency and compliance with internal guidelines
- Prepare and manage compliance-related customer communications, including force notifications and regulatory notices, ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Coordinate with external agencies, merchants, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively
- Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign performance dashboards, and post-campaign evaluations to communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, customer engagement, or brand marketing
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, or marketing analytics is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are preferred; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
