<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Build the Workflow Automation Engine</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Architect and develop our core workflow automation platform</li>
<li>Create HR-specific workflow templates: time-based triggers, analytical thresholds, event-driven processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management), and webhook integrations</li>
<li>Build our natural language workflow builder, enabling HR teams to create automations through plain text prompts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drive Full-Stack Platform Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own complete features end-to-end, from database schema to API to polished UI – at peopleIX, full-stack means genuine ownership of the entire feature lifecycle</li>
<li>Develop our scalable integration framework connecting Slack, Teams, email, and core HR systems (Personio, DATEV, SAP)</li>
<li>Shape our People Data Platform: robust data modeling, custom fields, and data quality monitoring</li>

<p><strong>Integrate AI & Agentic Capabilities</strong></p>

<li>Extend our proprietary AI agent Tira with automation capabilities, moving from insights to autonomous actions</li>

<p><strong>Required (3+ years of proven excellence):</strong></p>

<li><strong>Frontend:</strong> Expert-level React and TypeScript; you write clean, performant, maintainable code</li>
<li><strong>Backend:</strong> Deep experience building robust APIs with Node.js</li>
<li><strong>Database:</strong> Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred); you understand query optimization and data modeling</li>
<li><strong>Workflow & Integration Systems:</strong> Experience building or working with automation platforms, event-driven architectures, or integration frameworks</li>
<li><strong>Product Delivery:</strong> Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing features in production</li>
<li><strong>Ownership Mindset:</strong> You operate autonomously, move fast, and take full responsibility for outcomes in high-trust environments</li>

<p><strong>Strong Preference For:</strong></p>

<li>Experience with tRPC, Prisma, or similar type-safe APIs and ORMs</li>
<li>T3 Stack experience (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Prisma)</li>
<li>Building AI-powered or agentic product experiences</li>
<li>Startup experience with demonstrated impact</li>
<li>B2B SaaS product development</li>
<li>Proficiency with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, or AI coding agents)</li>
