Job Description
In this position, you will support the setup, implementation, and maintenance of treasury management products and services, including payment and receivable solutions, ACH, wire transfer services, fraud protection, reporting tools, and other account-related services. Acting as a primary liaison during implementation activities, you will partner with internal business line teams and customer representatives to ensure requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume operational role supporting business banking and small business clients. Success requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to build productive partnerships across teams while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of treasury management products and services.
- Review, process, and fulfill implementation requests submitted through internal workflow systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between business line partners and operational teams throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor implementation activities from initial request through customer readiness and product activation.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of treasury management services, including more complex products and service requests.
- Communicate implementation status, timelines, and potential obstacles to internal partners and stakeholders.
- Research and resolve issues impacting timely completion of client requests.
- Escalate risks, service concerns, or implementation challenges as appropriate.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with business line partners to support a positive customer experience.
- Utilize internal systems and applications to perform setup, servicing, tracking, and documentation activities.
- Meet productivity, quality, and service level expectations in a high-volume environment.
- Five or more years of relevant banking, treasury management, financial services, operations, client onboarding, implementation, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Treasury management, cash management, or payment services experience.
- Client onboarding, implementation, or operational support experience.
- Experience partnering with internal business line teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ACH, wire services, fraud prevention, reporting solutions, or related treasury management products.
- Familiarity with U.S. Bank systems such as OnBase, SinglePoint, and Hogan.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule with approximately 60% in-office attendance at one of the posted hub locations.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
