Customer Account Services Officer (Global Financial Markets Operations), DBS Vietnam HCMC - 8 months Contract

Job Description

• To process Customer account service and Global Financial Markets Operations: handle pre-processing tasks at location until transactions completed as per SLA including but not limited to checking and verification of application and supporting documents.
• To ensure completion of reports e.g daily, reconciliation, regional HO reports and regulatory reports etc, submitted timely and accurately.
• To ensure all daily transactions are accurately processed and captured in systems. Report discrepancies, if any, to supervisor promptly.
• To maintain filing documents properly.
• To apply quality services to clients
• To support and back-up for staff within team and/or Operations ensuring good teamwork and collaboration culture
• To perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Head from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Able to commit 8 months.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with relevant experience in banking or trade operations
• Fair competency in written and spoken English
• Have a strong control and process management mindset, constantly paying attention to details and have ability to perform deep-dive investigation.
• Strong domain knowledge and work experience on financial markets or corporate banking and associated process life cycles.
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
