That's how we operate, small team, unreasonable output, no hiding behind the unachievable.In addition to our San Francisco lab, we've opened a Detroit manufacturing hub and we field test weekly on our own 400-acre private range.The Role and Your Impact:We’re looking for a creative, organized Content Creator & Digital Marketer to help tell our story across digital channels. This early-career role is for someone passionate about digital storytelling who enjoys creating attention-grabbing content, managing social media, supporting events, and keeping digital platforms up to date. You understand the basics of digital brand building and storytelling. You have a track record of working quickly while staying organized, and you can manage competing priorities with some guidance. You’ll work closely with the communications team to develop long- and short-form content that builds awareness, engages audiences, and supports business objectives.What You'll Own:Content creation and post-production, first priority: filming, editing, and publishing short-form and long-form video, plus graphics and photography across all channelsMulti-platform distribution and the publishing calendar: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X with captions, scheduling, and community engagementAnalytics and trend tracking: platform algorithm awareness, performance reporting, and recommendations on formats and channelsWebsite content upkeep: news, careers, events, and SEO/GEO best practicesEvent support for trade shows, conferences, and company events from swag, promo materials, to capturing content on the ground (supporting, not primary owner)Brand consistency and digital asset organization across all channelsWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years in content creation, digital marketing, or communications. Agency background preferred , or strong in-house experience at a demanding brandMulti-platform fluency: you create natively for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, not just one channelReal editing chops: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Skilled in cutting, color correction, transitions, and export-ready deliveryGraphic design ability with Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong writing, editing, and storytelling. You can make technical topics accessible without dumbing them downDiscretion and judgment: you know when to dial the energy up and when to keep it credibleWhere you probably come from: A marketing or advertising agency where you juggled multiple accounts and deadlines, or an in-house content team at a technical or highly visible brand where you owned video from shoot to publish.We want to talk if: You can take an idea from concept to published post in a day, your portfolio shows range across platforms and formats, and the idea of filming a laser test at a private range sounds like the best Tuesday of your career.Nice to Haves:Experience in a regulated or technical industry: aerospace, defense, pharma, enterprise tech, or bioscienceExperience managing business social media accounts and executive social...
