As a Guidewire Rating Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to implement and optimize Guidewire software solutions, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences for the insurance industry. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, anticipating needs, and navigating complex situations. You will mentor others, uphold professional standards, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Developing and configuring Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter solutions for insurance clients
- Integrating Guidewire software solutions with other systems to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
- Analyzing complex problems and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Guidewire solutions
- Leading the implementation of Guidewire software to modernize core insurance operations
- Utilizing software development methodologies to design, program, and maintain Guidewire applications
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in the use of Guidewire technologies
- Adapting to changes and embracing new technologies to drive digital transformation in the insurance sector
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support sustainable growth and competitive advantage

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Guidewire Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter/ ClaimCenter.

- Well versed in one of streams Rating
