Apply AI-assisted engineering practices Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Experience building, operating, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Understanding of performance engineering, profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing latency-sensitive services operating at scale. Experience with Service Fabric, Kubernetes, or comparable distributed runtime platforms. Experience designing and maintaining observability solutions using technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Geneva/MDM, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms. Proven ability to migrate critical systems using phased rollouts, feature flags, side-by-side validation, and zero-downtime deployment approaches. Experience serving as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), responding to production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering long-term reliability improvements.
