- Support early-stage discovery, analysis, transformation planning and engagement mobilisation.
- Help build scalable capability by creating reusable approaches, templates and advisory assets.

- Support senior governance and client decision-making through concise recommendations, options analysis and briefing materials.
Application transformation solutioning
- Assess application portfolios and advise on appropriate transformation pathways, including rehost, replatform, refactor, replace, retire and retain.
- Identify dependencies across applications, infrastructure, hosting, security, integration, testing and operations.
- Shape pragmatic transformation roadmaps, migration approaches and mobilisation plans.
- Ensure solution recommendations are commercially realistic, technically credible and aligned to client outcomes.

- Support sales and account teams in converting pipeline into structured application transformation engagements.
- Contribute to proposals, estimates, assumptions, staffing models and delivery approaches.
- Help define the resource profile required to deliver against specific pipeline opportunities.

- Proven ability to support solution shaping, presales, proposal development and early-stage engagement mobilisation.
- Good understanding of enterprise application estates, application rationalisation, cloud migration, hosting models, infrastructure dependencies and operational readiness.
- Ability to assess transformation options and trade-offs across cost, risk, complexity, business impact and delivery feasibility.
- Experience working across sales, architecture, delivery and client stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, facilitation and executive briefing skills.
- Commercially aware, pragmatic and able to operate with ambiguity in complex enterprise environments.
Desirable experience
- Experience in a global systems integrator, consulting firm or enterprise advisory organisation.
- Experience supporting regulated, secure or complex enterprise clients.

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will be a credible, commercially minded and technically fluent transformation advisor. They will be comfortable leading senior client conversations, shaping opportunities, working with sales and delivery teams, and turning ambiguous demand into clear, actionable transformation engagements.
They should be strong enough to “front” client discussions, but practical enough to work through the detail of application estates, dependencies, delivery assumptions and mobilisation risks. They will bring the confidence to sell the story, the judgement to shape the right solution, and the discipline to help convert pipeline into revenue.
