Work Flow Specialist / Technician ISC – Level 5 FAA (1st shift)

As a Work Flow Specialist / Technician ISC – Level 5 (1st shift) here at Honeywell, 

Process Optimization: Analyze existing shop-floor or office workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, finance, and engineering teams to integrate procedures smoothly. Adhere to strict Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and export control regulations.

You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley Phoenix AZ location on an on-site work schedule.In this role, you will impact product quality assurance and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and reliability in our manufacturing operations.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to rapidly clear operational or transit blockages.
  • Manage and optimize ISC workflows to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and materials
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to ISC processes

  ·         Analyze test data and troubleshoot complex issues to support product development and manufacturing processes.

  ·         Document test results accurately and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams for corrective action.

  ·         Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

  ·         Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all testing activities.

• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product testing or technical troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, diagnostic tools, and quality standards to ensure product compliance.
• Proficiency in using advanced test equipment and software to perform detailed analysis and problem resolution.
• Experience in documenting test procedures and results to maintain traceability and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and schematics to identify and resolve product issues effectively.

WE VALUE

• Associate’s degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards applicable to product testing.
