FastTrack Full Stack Engineer

What Youll Do Drive customer success by identifying and removing deployment blockers, mitigating risks, and accelerating time-to-value. Partner closely with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve customer outcomes. Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by connecting identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive deployment strategies. Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence. Act as a customer advocate by bringing field insights and feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions. Technical professionals who enjoy solving complex customer challenges across multiple technologies rather than specializing in a single workload. Individuals who demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving AI-first technology landscape. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years of technical consulting, information technology (IT) administration, support, project management, customer success management, IT customer-facing experience OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of project management experience. 2+ years of relationship management or customer success experience. 3+ years of IT related customer-facing experience. Customer Success, consulting, technical account management, onboarding, deployment, or support experience. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Program management, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and business priorities.
