Position Summary: The Wrap-Up Specialist is a critical role within our Construction Practice providing professional-level support for Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Contractor-Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP), commonly known as “wrap-ups.”
This role ensures accurate enrollment, compliance, and documentation for construction projects under wrap-up programs. Working under general supervision, the incumbent applies foundational knowledge of insurance and construction risk management to deliver timely and accurate service to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and process contractor enrollment applications for wrap-up programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate records in agency management systems.
Communicate with contractors, project managers, and internal teams to clarify enrollment requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in monitoring compliance for subcontractor insurance and wrap-up participation.
Support senior team members in preparing wrap-up reports, audits, and close-out documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Contribute to process improvements and recommend workflow enhancements for efficiency.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic understanding of wrap-up programs (OCIP/CCIP) and construction insurance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for client and contractor interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field preferred.
1–2 years in insurance, construction risk management, or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within designated timeframe.
