How you’ll make an impact
1. You will lead, manage, and complete part qualification at suppliers for identified products/projects, ensuring right quality on time.
2. You will collaborate with key stakeholders (GPS, R&D, SCM Category Manager, PLM team) to drive part qualification.
3. You will work closely with Global Supply Quality teams, third-party SQEs, and suppliers on part qualification.
4. You will organize internal and supplier kick-off meetings for smooth part requirement communications.
5. You will ensure all relevant documents are collated and shared appropriately.
6. You will ensure part qualification reports are prepared and validated in line with part qualification instructions and procedures.
7. You will update part qualification reports in the PLM tool.
8. You will support the development and sharing of periodic reports related to part qualification progress with management.
9. You will resolve conflicts proactively and escalate if needed, seeking help from leadership or management to ensure progress is on track.
10. You will support the establishment of required communication and training materials.
11. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, production, or Electrical engineering)
2. Experience in manufacturing processes and working in supply chain, supplier quality, and supplier development functions in a manufacturing environment or in a global role.
3. Hands-on experience with part qualification/PPAP management and deployment by working with suppliers
4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (ISO documents, FMEA, control plans, international standards)
5. Capable of working independently under challenging projects
6. Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis, with experience in Power BI
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. Quick learner
9. Strong interpersonal skills to network across teams and mentor team
