As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate, you will specialize in using and managing Oracle Financials software to optimize operational efficiency for clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality solutions.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Financials to support client financial processes
- Analyzing client needs to implement tailored Oracle Finance solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle Financials
- Managing general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management modules within Oracle
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to improve finance processes and reporting standards
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support client objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial management software
- Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Utilizing Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger for client solutions
- Developing finance transformation strategies for diverse business contexts
- Navigating complex financial regulations and compliance issues
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial trends
