As a trusted business partner to management and executive leadership, you will bring financial insight into strategic decision-making and actively drive key initiatives forward:Act as a sparring partner for management and executive leadershipPrepare sound decision-making bases and support strategic initiativesDevelop and evaluate business cases and investment decisionsPlan and steer budgets and forecasts together with business partnersTake ownership of monthly closing and reporting processesAnalyze business performance and provide insights for internal and external stakeholdersFurther develop reporting, BI, and KPI frameworksContribute to continuous improvement initiatives as well as controlling and transformation projects Your Experience and SkillsDegree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in controlling – ideally within an international manufacturing environment Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and strong financial fundamentals (basic IFRS knowledge is a plus) Fluent German is a must in order to cover the role successfully and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) will be considered an assetProficiency in IT systems including BI tools; SAP experience is an advantageTeam-oriented mindset with a passion for cross-functional collaborationHands-on mentality combined with strategic thinkingSelf-driven, proactive working style with a strong motivation to shape and improve  We offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 64,829.96 € gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
