Exp Prod Plan Coordinator (IC)
As an Exp Prod Plan Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating production planning activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing schedules. You will be instrumental in managing production plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and addressing any scheduling challenges to meet customer demands effectively.
You will report directly to our Materials Management Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and delivery performance of Honeywell’s Aerospace business by ensuring production plans are accurate, feasible, and aligned with supply chain and customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and optimize manufacturing capacity.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor production progress and update plans to address any deviations or delays, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling tools and ERP systems to manage and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to analyze production data and adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks and delays.
- Familiarity with supply chain coordination and material requirements planning (MRP) processes.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in aerospace manufacturing or related industries.
- Proficiency with production planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
