Senior Customer Success Manager - Uber Health
About the role and team
Uber is looking for a sharp, results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager. In this role, you’ll lead revenue-generating and retention initiatives across our most strategic customers while managing the day-to-day relationship of these accounts. You will be the bridge between our technology and uncovering new ways to increase revenue through expansion, presenting quarterly business reviews, and driving product adoption.
Success in this role requires a high degree of adaptability and grit. You’ll need to navigate the messy reality of shifting priorities and internal complexity to unlock value for clients who operate in a traditional, high-stakes industry. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership and is energized by the challenge of turning ambiguous customer problems into structured growth plans.
What you’ll do
- Grow and retain a book of business through account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling while navigating the long-term trust-building cycles of the automotive industry.
- Identify and build a pipeline of growth opportunities that drive tangible value for both the customer and Uber, often working with imperfect information to unblock deals.
- Manage the account lifecycle end-to-end, from negotiating complex renewals and amendments to resolving production blockers when the stakes are high.
- Derive qualitative and quantitative insights from customer stories and data trends to influence product, marketing, and support teams.
- Iterate and improve on internal playbooks and tools, constantly figuring out what is slowing the team down as we scale this new vertical.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executive-level stakeholders, translating technical system value into clear business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications

- Experience working against revenue-driving goals and measurable quotas.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proven ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments and build processes from the ground up.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to manage complex projects while minimizing waste.
