Oracle Health Sales Executive - Northwest Region US
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive new business growth by selling Oracle Health, Oracle Life Sciences, and Oracle Fusion applications, along with related services, to prospective and existing healthcare customers throughout Washington and Oregon. This field-based sales position is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven ability to generate pipeline, create new opportunities, and successfully close complex enterprise software sales.
Responsibilities Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a strategic sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding Oracle's presence within healthcare organizations across Washington and Oregon. You will build executive relationships, develop account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that address customer business and clinical objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that generate a sustainable sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage multiple complex enterprise sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, executive presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, forecasting, and contract execution.
- Develop compelling solution proposals that leverage Oracle Health, Oracle Life Sciences, Oracle Fusion, and related services to address customer business and clinical challenges.
- Deliver value-based presentations to executive stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clinical leadership, IT executives, finance leaders, and operational decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate opportunity forecasts, account plans, and pipeline information using Oracle's CRM tools and sales methodology.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer executives, industry influencers, consulting partners, and third-party organizations that influence purchasing decisions.
- Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to provide a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer meetings, relationship development, and sales activities. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise software or technology solutions to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, or other provider organizations.
- Proven ability to prospect, generate, and close new business through outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, executive outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic account planning.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and pipeline generation objectives.
- Experience navigating complex healthcare organizations and managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize work, manage multiple opportunities, and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented sales environment.
- Experience developing accurate sales forecasts, strategic territory plans, and account strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $112,400 to $194,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
