As a Senior Manager, Transformation Integration & Change Lead within the BOET OCIO organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the STS NEXT transformation journey by connecting complex initiatives into a unified, enterprise-wide strategy.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the central integration point across business and technology organizations, ensuring transformation efforts are aligned, coordinated, and positioned to drive measurable outcomes. You will establish and operationalize an end-to-end change delivery model that brings together multiple workstreams, aligns priorities with leadership objectives, and enables teams to execute as one cohesive system. Working closely with executive leaders, Managing Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex transformation activities into clear, actionable narratives that support decision making, organizational alignment, and enterprise adoption.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, the ability to connect disparate priorities into a unified vision, and a collaborative approach to influencing leaders across the organization. You will lead executive engagement and leadership activation efforts, develop integrated communication strategies, provide visibility into risks and dependencies, and help ensure that transformation priorities are understood, adopted, and sustained across the enterprise. What you have
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational transformation, strategic change initiatives, or enterprise programs within complex business and technology environments.
- 7+ years of experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience creating and operationalizing change delivery frameworks, governance models, or enterprise transformation approaches.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information from multiple programs and translate it into clear, actionable insights and executive-level communications.
- Strong experience developing integrated communication strategies, leadership engagement plans, and organizational change approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts while facilitating informed decision-making.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations, operating model changes, or large strategic initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive committees, transformation offices, PMOs, or enterprise strategy organizations.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure transformation effectiveness.
- Experience building alignment across business and technology organizations in highly matrixed environments.
- Advanced ability to influence without formal authority and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
