Conduct and oversee feasibility and military utility analyses for current and emerging SCO projects. Interact with Major Command staffs on current needs, the utility of potential SCO projects, and milestones needed to transition SCO projects to military services. This particular position will focus on designing and testing new hypersonic weapons conceptsResponsibilities: Assist the Government in developing project requirements  Review the contractor’s proposed technical solutions and provide assessments to the GovernmentAssist in all aspects of test and demonstration activities, including planning, preparation, setup, execution, and analysisCollaborate with other DoD and IC stakeholdersDefine key capabilities, milestones, and demonstrations to enable rapid prototyping and transition of military systemsDevelop detailed communication products to inform senior department leadership of key objectives and technical and programmatic progress of prototyping and demonstration projectsFamiliarity with DoD acquisition and test processes, standards, and requirements Qualifications:Experience in military hardware design and testingFamiliarization long range kill chainsMinimum of Bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science or ScienceMinimum of 10 years of program management and analytical experienceAcquisition or government program management experience highly desiredTop Secret/(SCI Eligible)Education Requirements:Bachelor of ArtsBachelor of Science (Desired)Masters (Desired)The pay range for this position is $150,000/year to $190,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
