1. Basic Programming Skills
• Knowledge of Python (preferred) and basic SQL.
• Ability to manipulate and process data (e.g., pandas, simple scripting, automation).
2. Data & Database Fundamentals
• Understanding of data models, ETL/ELT concepts, and data structures (tables, joins, keys).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
3. Data Processing & Integration
• Interest or initial experience in data ingestion (APIs, files, SAP, etc.).
• Basic understanding of data pipelines and transformation processes.
4. Tools & Technology Environment
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, or version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
5. Soft Skills & Mindset
• Ability to collaborate with business and analytics teams.
