The Opportunity:Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and FinancePartner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutionsDrive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performanceWork in a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can influence strategy, solve real business problems and make a visible impactWhat we need from you:Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experienceExperience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencyAbility to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutionsProactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environmentWhy you'll love being a GoodlordianAside from the role, the people, our culture and our mission, we have some other things that make Goodlord a pretty awesome place to be.
