This role ensures Soldiers and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.This is an excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience or those who are service-minded, adaptable, and thrive in people-focused roles.What You’ll DoCustomer Service & SupportGreet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer questions and provide timely referrals to ACS staff and other community resourcesRegister customers for ACS classes/events and confirm attendance Information & ReferralTrack all ACS classes, trainings, and sessions (phone, in-person, email)Make timely referrals and enter contact data into the Army Family Web PortalMaintain an up-to-date resource guide and post-wide directoryCollect and input ICE comments and evaluations to measure customer satisfaction Administrative FunctionsInput customer data and statistics into the ACS Staff Application dailyMaintain organized records, files, and digital systemsAdd, edit, and manage ACS classes/events within ACS StaffEnsure current flyers and information are displayed throughout ACS and the Welcome CenterLending Closet ServicesPrepare, issue, receive, and properly store items per Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) guidelinesSafely lift and transport items up to 60 lbsKeep inventory clean, organized, and accessibleNotify customers of overdue items via email and a follow-up phone callMaintain and file a hard copy of the Lending Closet contractsEnter transactions and contacts into the Army Family Web Portal dailyConduct an inventory of supply items and provide a status report of the inventory quarterlyComplete records for the disposal of all items that have reached the end of their lifecycle and remove items from inventoryDispose of the items utilizing on-post recycling and disposal facilitiesChoose and purchase Lending Closet itemsWho You AreYou’re detail-oriented, dependable, and love helping others navigate change.
