Senior Physical Therapist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

A Senior Physical Therapist is a key player in providing exceptional patient care, mentoring colleagues, and driving program development.  Expertise, leadership, and commitment to evidence-based practices will contribute to positive patient outcomes and team success. This position contains all the responsibilities of a staff physical therapist as well as the following specific responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
  • 2 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, or
  • D.P.T. - Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy
  • Upon hire: APTA Member 
  • Upon hire: Achieve clinical specialization certification relating to clinical area of practice 
  • 5 years Clinical Experience.
