From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ)Education/Experience (BMQ): HS Diploma or equivalent Customer service experience 1-2 years Additional preferences: Experience working in a laboratory setting Ability and/or Skills(BMQ):Excellent written and verbal communication skillsActive listeningClient-focusComputer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)Prioritization and on-time execution of tasksProcess improvementProblem-solving and solution orientationDemonstrated ability to sell solutions as a result of active listeningStrong interpersonal skills (people, social, emotional intelligence)ProactivityTeam player who can self-motivatePerforms well under pressure; thrives in fast-pace environmentGrowth mindsetAdditional InformationRequirements:Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in EnglishPosition is full-time Monday - Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm).
