We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.What you'll doLead the visual direction for brand, campaign, and marketing projects.Create and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual guidelines.Design campaigns across digital, print, retail, and outdoor media.Translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling.Conceptualize and execute OOH campaigns, retail branding, and experiential design.Collaborate with brand, marketing, product, and content teams.Present concepts and creative rationale to internal stakeholders.Mentor interns and junior designers, providing feedback and raising the quality of design output.Stay curious about culture, design trends, technology, and emerging creative tools.We're looking for someone whoHas 3–4 years of experience in branding, visual design, or a creative agency.Has a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and illustration.Can create distinct visual languages for different brands.Understands both print production and digital design.Has a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, color, and storytelling.Can think conceptually as well as execute with attention to detail.Is comfortable presenting ideas and explaining design decisions.Can balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines.ToolsYou should be comfortable with:FigmaAdobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignBonus if you know:After EffectsBlender or other 3D toolsProcreateAI-assisted creative workflowsWhat you'll getOwn creative work from concept to execution.Work on brands across multiple industries and formats.Freedom to experiment and shape visual direction.A fast-moving environment with room to learn and grow.The opportunity to build work that goes beyond screens and into the real world.
