Where you come in:
- Perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of prototypes, engineering builds, and clinical builds that often deviate from standard manufacturing processes.
- Interpret and execute complex, non-standard work instructions, technical drawings, and build documentation with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers and operations support teams to support product development, process refinement, and design iterations.
- Document build activities, deviations, and observations clearly to support traceability and feedback loops.
- Operate lab-scale and pilot production equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct in-process inspections and functional tests to validate prototype performance.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for new processes and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace aligned with safety and quality standards.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support evolving R&D priorities.

- Demonstrates a working knowledge of core job functions, along with a developing understanding of more detailed aspects of the role.
- Utilizes knowledge of company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities to complete semi-routine tasks effectively.
- Follows established processes for routine assignments and seeks guidance when handling new or unfamiliar tasks.
- Performs duties under close supervision while building proficiency in the role.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
