We’re just getting started.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Sr. HR Generalist to support our growing Thailand team.This role will serve as the local point of coordination for recruiting, onboarding, employee support, office administration, and cross-functional partnership with HR, IT, and business leaders.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable building scalable people processes in a fast-growing technology company.Recruiting & Talent CoordinationManage the recruiting coordination strategy for the Thailand team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experiencePartner with hiring managers and the broader HR team to support job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer coordinationMaintain accurate recruiting updates, candidate tracking, and hiring process documentationHelp identify process improvements that make recruiting more efficient, organized, and scalable for the Thailand officeOnboarding & Employee ExperienceEnsure onboarding is seamless for all Thailand new hires, from offer acceptance through the first 90 daysRevamp the current onboarding process to improve clarity, consistency, and employee readinessCreate and maintain 30, 60, and 90 day Thailand onboarding plans for new hires in partnership with managers and HRCoordinate with HR and IT to ensure employees have the equipment, systems access, and resources they need to be productiveServe as the local HR point person for employee questions and escalate matters to the appropriate HR partner when neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred7 to 10 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruiting coordination, office operations, or a related functionExperience working in a startup or fast-growth environment with the ability to operate across multiple geographiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills and comfort partnering with employees, managers, HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholdersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health insuranceProfessional development opportunities and certification supportAccess to cutting-edge photonics technology and advanced packaging environmentsCollaborative work environment with cross-functional teams solving complex engineering challenges*Lumilens is an equal opportunity employer.
