What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
• Repair, replace, and install plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, drain lines, and water supply systems.
• Perform leak detection and troubleshoot plumbing system failures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams when necessary.
• Provide customers with repair options and explain recommendations clearly.
• Prepare estimates and present solutions professionally.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate job documentation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and plumbing codes.
• Work closely with dispatch and team members to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Plumbing License (if required by state).
• 3+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
• Experience in residential plumbing; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of water distribution, drainage, and venting systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues independently.
• Experience installing and servicing water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, sewer, and water lines.
• Must provide your own basic hand tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
