We are looking for a meticulous Logistics & Order professional to join our Global Logistics Team. This position manages order processes, resolves shipping issues, and collaborates with 3PL, manufacturers, vendors, carriers, and customs. Responsibilities include ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate systems, and executing required legal workflows for goods movement into and within Brazil.

This encompasses hardware, software, and network infrastructure supporting all Akamai products. The team ensures consistent availability and performance for our customers.
As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate fulfilment, timely execution, and proper localization for Brazil.
- Addressing routine shipping disruptions, carrier delays, and local customs compliance issues effectively.
- Collaborating with manufacturing and repair vendors to monitor inbound order statuses and local product returns.
- Partnering with internal teams to communicate timelines, resolve inventory discrepancies, and improve fulfillment speed.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and tracking system updates.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Be experienced in fulfillment, order management, and end-to-end logistics execution within the Brazilian market.
- Be familiar with international trade terms, including Incoterms, and global freight processes.
- Possess operational knowledge of Brazilian import/export laws, regulations, and NCM tax classification codes.
- Have advanced Excel and analytical skills to manage complex domestic inventory tracking.
- Be familiar with working across systems such as ERP, WMS, and local fiscal tracking tools.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in Portuguese, with Intermediate English proficiency for global alignment.
