HR Operations Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Provide HR process, policy, and program level support to field HR Business Partners, COEs and functional areas.
  • Support consists of the following:
    • Core HR and payroll support
    • Assist with stakeholder communications
    • Assure process documentation including Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), How-To guides and internal process documentation reflects current state
    • Develop annual process project plans, identify deliverables, and coordinate team resources to provide support (data audits, testing, performance monitoring)
    • Knowledge of tools, functionality, process and the ability to suggest business process improvements
  • Provide appropriate, accurate information to customers, including documented information alternatives, education, reference materials, and research regarding HR programs and procedures.
  • Process employee data changes and corrections with an understanding of employee data and its link to downstream processes/functions.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials for HR Operations and field HR teams.
  • Participate in, and conduct, HR and HR Operations team related training for new programs/processes and team members.
  • Support project related activities including process flow documentation, content development, procedure writing and compliance research.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support workforce planning, operational decision-making, compliance tracking, and leadership requests.
  • Monitor HR operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and promote consistent execution across teams and locations.
  • Support HR technology initiatives by testing system updates, documenting requirements, validating configurations, and helping drive user adoption. (data audits, testing, performance monitoring)
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to standardize processes, improve employee experience, and ensure HR services are delivered consistently and accurately.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation, validating employee data, and supporting remediation activities as needed.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Workday experience.
  • Merger and acquisition experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and advanced English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate and efficient results.
  • High levels of critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite required.
