The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the overall vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and achievable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business strategies that support organizational goals.
- Facilitate alignment between business needs and technology capabilities to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing business architectures that align with strategic objectives.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
