Role Overview
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an important part in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distributing materials while keeping stock records accurate and the warehouse organized. This is a hands-on role with both physical and administrative responsibilities.
What will you do?
Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities with the warehouse supervisor.
Receive shipments, process goods receipt, and verify materials against documentation.
Support picking, packing, and the distribution of goods and materials.
Record incoming and outgoing goods accurately and maintain warehouse documentation.
Carry out daily housekeeping and basic warehouse maintenance to keep the area clean and orderly.
Perform periodic inventory cycle counts and update stock levels.
Prepare and maintain systematic filing, records, and supporting documentation.
Communicate by email with buyers, customer service, and forwarders when needed.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

You will stay close to the daily work, focus on the most important tasks, and help remove small obstacles before they become delays.
You will look for practical improvements in warehouse routines, use clear communication, and approach issues with candor and problem-solving.
You will work as one team with your supervisor, buyers, customer service, and forwarders to keep materials moving smoothly.
You will keep the warehouse organized, traceable, and ready for safe operations by following established processes consistently.
What are we looking for?
Accurate and detail-oriented approach to daily work.
Enjoy working in a warehouse environment and handling hands-on tasks.
Ability to carry loads up to 25 kg.
Forklift driving license.
Forklift, reach truck, or stacker driving skills.
Comfortable maintaining documentation and updating records carefully.
Basic communication skills for working with internal teams and external contacts.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role.
Experience with SAP or Baan systems.
Familiarity with goods receipt, picking, packing, and cycle counting processes.
Willingness to learn new things and contribute as a team player.
