We operate more than 140 services worldwide.   Department Overview This position is within the HR organization of the Communications & Energy Company at Rakuten Group, Inc. The Communications & Energy Company oversees businesses such as Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Energy. Our HR team provides comprehensive support not only to our own division but also to various other businesses and services, including Rakuten’s core operations. Position: Why We Hire We are expanding our team to strengthen our HR functions in response to the growth of our assigned business units.   Position Details You will primarily support our business units by handling labor-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to gain extensive HR experience by working across a diverse range of services, from large-scale established platforms to small-scale services in the startup phase. As an HR professional working closely with the business, you will be positioned to act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), allowing you to directly contribute to business growth. - Business-aligned Labor Operations (Focusing on employee relations and internal support; excludes payroll and social insurance administration.) - Conducting interviews and check-ins with members of assigned departments - Promoting and revitalizing internal communication - Performance evaluation processes - General operations related to personnel transfers and assignments Work Environment Management Department , Communications & Energy Company The department consists of 31 members (covering accounting, general affairs, HR, etc.), with approximately 15 members dedicated to HR.   Mandatory Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/Labor relations. - Experience in conducting personnel interviews (including candidate interviews and employee consultations/counseling).
